We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and general store upkeep.

Position Details

• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
