Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This position involves merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness of the store
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow safety and security protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in cashiering and operating relevant equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
