Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
