Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
• Skills in equipment operation and general cleaning.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
