Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the store, including merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and ensure data security

Physical Demands

Physical tasks include stocking shelves and moving merchandise up to 45 pounds, as well as regular standing, bending, and walking around the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Adherence to cleaning standards and company policies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
