Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing our customers' shopping experience by maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide outstanding customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Operate equipment efficiently and perform general cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
