Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and upholding the highest standards of customer service. You will collaborate with team members, contribute to inventory management, and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and contribute to inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
