Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members.
• Stock shelves, handle inventory, and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
