Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with team members, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store looks its best.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly arrange merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining document security

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling abilities
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
