Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product displays and shelves in an organized manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and processing purchases efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold a secure and confidential environment.
• Participate in inventory management activities and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment accurately.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
