We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized store environment, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to company standards.
• Assist customers during the shopping experience by providing outstanding service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth in-store operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Report inventory and operational issues to management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience in retail is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team setting.
