Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is well-organized, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves
• Process customer purchases and provide courteous service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
