Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and provides an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. From merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and maintaining cleanliness, your contributions will be essential to the store's success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ALDI's guidelines for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain shelf displays, and ensure the store is tidy at all times.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members.
• Report product feedback, manage inventory counts, and follow cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years to work at ALDI.
• Proficiency in cashier operations and equipment handling.
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
