Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store looks its best, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team. This position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer shopping experience by demonstrating exceptional service and professionalism.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain a neat store appearance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on inventory, products, and store operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate necessary equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail work experience preferred.
