Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store looks its best, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy according to guidelines.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working both independently and within a team environment.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.
