Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and providing exceptional service. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment that values collaboration and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers in their shopping experience and communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and comply with cash handling policies.
- Adhere to company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
- Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
