Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, where you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain the overall neatness of the store.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in product tracking.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide courteous service.
• Good physical stamina to handle merchandise and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
