Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting with stocking and merchandising. You'll collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values while processing customer purchases and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Stock shelves, assist customers, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Operate equipment safely and provide prompt and courteous customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
