Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with a top-notch shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on inventory, scanning errors, and other store-related issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies, ensure document security, and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to meet company standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and follow instructions efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol handling and sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge.
