Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, operating a cash register, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your dedication to exceptional customer service and teamwork will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Handle customer purchases, perform cleaning tasks, organize shelves, and provide top-notch customer service.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Offer feedback to management regarding products, inventory, and possible improvements.
• Participate in inventory counts, uphold cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to maintain cleanliness and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
