We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related matters.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of handling equipment and performing cleaning tasks.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
