Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's efficient operation and providing top-notch customer service. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service, operate a cash register efficiently, and handle equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
