Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a well-stocked, clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and follow company guidelines.
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and store security measures.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and operate equipment safely.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Experience in retail and operating a cash register is preferred.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
