Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills to enhance customer satisfaction.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly organize shelves.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and contribute to store management feedback.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash management policies.
• Follow company procedures and uphold security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
