Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, serving customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain displays
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies
• Operate cash registers and equipment efficiently

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
