Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Communicate effectively with store management, report issues, and participate in inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and ensure security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently, follow instructions, and multitask efficiently.
