Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring data security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks and following procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in multitasking

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Combination of education and experience will be considered
