Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's success through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professionalism in all tasks.
• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient operation.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of safely using equipment and performing cleaning tasks.
• Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
