Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling procedures to minimize losses and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands of the role.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
