Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers in their shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with the store management team.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience preferred.
