Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment. Your dedication to enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service is fundamental to our success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies and minimize losses
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safely operate necessary equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication skills
• Work independently and within a team effectively
• Demonstrate organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Equivalent knowledge from a combination of education and experience
