Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. This position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies while processing customer purchases, stocking merchandise, and providing top-notch customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to maintaining store inventory accuracy and follow cash policies diligently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for a secure work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Capability to handle equipment and maintain store cleanliness to company standards.
