Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's merchandise is stocked, assisting customers at the cashier, and maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and providing product information.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold store standards and efficiently process customer purchases.
• Contribute to inventory management by monitoring stock levels and participating in regular counts.
• Operate cash registers and follow established cash-handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team setting.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
