Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism by following ALDI Acts Competencies and providing exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, maintain neat merchandise displays, and assist customers.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, follow cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to work at ALDI.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service, operate a cash register, and use store equipment.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred, along with a high school diploma or equivalent.
