Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and delivers exceptional customer service. From cashiering to maintaining cleanliness, your contributions will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACT Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment
• Ability to perform general cleaning tasks and follow company standards
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
