Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your exceptional customer service skills and teamwork will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service, assisting customers throughout their shopping journey.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and handling equipment such as a hand jack and floor scrubber.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
