Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. This position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTS Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Assist customers with their shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and report feedback to management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and follow company policies.
• Ability to interpret and apply company procedures.
• Prior retail work experience preferred.
