Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform cashiering, stocking, and cleaning duties as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding inventory, cash handling, and security.
• Operate equipment and maintain store cleanliness to company standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
