Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team
• Provide feedback to management on products and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures for security and confidentiality

Physical Demands

Ability to stock, lift, and carry merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds. Regular activities include sitting, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Customer service skills
• Efficient cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Work well independently and in a team
• Meet relevant state and local requirements

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail experience is a plus.
