Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring efficient operations. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a dynamic team and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Comply with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
