We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers effectively
• Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with management
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash policies

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register
• Able to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
