Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include stocking shelves, cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and providing top-notch customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers efficiently
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and issues
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Capable of operating equipment and performing cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
