Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store maintains its appearance, provides exceptional customer service, and operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, display merchandise neatly, and process customer purchases.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory, report product issues, and follow established cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
