Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. competencies by processing customer purchases, stocking shelves, and assisting customers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management on product issues and inventory.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring accurate cash handling and inventory monitoring.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating store equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
