Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register.
• Capability to safely operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions, multi-task, and stay organized.
