Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate, where you will play a key role in ensuring a great shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company procedures and maintain document confidentiality.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and in a team setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
