Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandised, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate M.A.P. competencies outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
