Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Maintain store cleanliness and follow all policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales
• Prior retail experience preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a retail environment is a plus
