Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with team members and management.
- Offer feedback on products, manage inventory, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure cash handling compliance.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of following company guidelines, communicating effectively, and working both independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Blend of education and experience equivalent to the job requirements.
