Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
